I was joined this afternoon by Seth Strum to talk about the issues of the Democratic Party and their short sided strategy of going after Executive Branch Elections instead of building from the ground up. This strategy ultimately alienates marginalized groups within the party and ends with Democratic Exodus of candidates and party members.

Seth Strum:

Owns Political Victory Alliance, a political consulting firm in West Virginia. He's on the Standards Board of a major food transparency non-profit. Notably, he managed Mary Ann Claytor's 2016 State Auditor campaign, marking the first African American win in a WV Democratic primary.
