I was just pointing out a better way to pay for this project and implement it. Rather than running with transponders and such we could use a few of the 12,000 cops they have in NYC to keep cars out of Manhattan and so on.
That is a funny part of the 3P writer David Trimmer is that he's pissed that Hochul has ended the program with $507 million payday to Transcore. My problem is that entire way they decided to pay for it was wrong headed. And the project was clearly designed to further alienate the middle class from Mass Transit given that necessary physical upgrades wouldn't happen for years potentially.
