How about putting a few pickleball courts on this arcre. The golfers may not like it but outdoor activities all make noise. The ping you hear at a driving range vs the ping you hear playing pickleball. What you think Connor

I'm fine with public pickleball courts-- we don't have in the community that could be really helpful. We could do the pickleball, and I was thinking a larger community center for the community with real childcare and support for the elderly a during the winters when our "Senior Center" isn't really open to them. I was thinking a 2-story building with an indoor pool in sections and two levels, so on the ground floor, ages with the elderly and young kids on the lower floor, and the older kids upstairs. I think that would work best for our community. Then add a pickleball court, a small playground, and an indoor swimming pool. Now the entire community has activities, and we staff it full year around so everyone has a place to go.
