I think you could make a great case against them that they've defrauded their users by claiming an experience that will be free of racism , bigotry and so on and then actually allowing this content to not only exist on their websites but the producers carte blanche to do so without recourse. That is pretty criminal in my book. I am just not sure that any court would find them guilty of this type of fraud.
